The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. hawplay reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. hawplay reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
3.5 Account Currency. All hawplay accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. hawplay is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hawplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. hawplay reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your hawplay account instantly. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect in your account balance, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. hawplay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits . Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the hawplay deposit page. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. hawplay reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. hawplay applies a return-to-source policy where possible, meaning withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. Where this is not possible, hawplay will work with the player to identify an appropriate alternative withdrawal method.
4.6 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. hawplay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
4.7 Minimum Withdrawal Amount. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the hawplay withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum requirement.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your hawplay account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

11.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hawplay's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hawplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Third-Party Services. hawplay is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service providers, including payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers, whose services are used in connection with the hawplay platform.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your hawplay account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you and hawplay agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
14.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and hawplay with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
